Return Policy
Avoomba will gladly provide a refund for your order within 30 days of receipt. The purchased item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, we will issue you a credit for the cost of the item. We do not refund charges for shipping. After 30 days from date of purchase, Avoomba will gladly issue you a store credit.

(Please use a carrier that is convenient to you and we suggest you chose a carrier that has a tracking system so that you can trace the shipment.)

Defective or Damaged Item
Avoomba will gladly refund or replace any defective merchandise. You will receive a full refund (including shipping charges) or replacement within 10 days of receipt.

Gift Return
If you would like to return an item that you received as a gift, please mail it to the above address and we will gladly issue you a store credit.
